PACTVM S.L.U. offers its legal services to international companies. Initially established in Barcelona, and with an extension of services in Madrid, United States and Latin America.
Access to and use of the Website confers the status of user of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “user”) and implies acceptance of all the conditions included in this Legal Notice as well as any modifications thereto, given that PACTVM S.L.U. reserves the right to make modifications and updates to the information contained on the Website, its configuration and presentation and the conditions of access at any time and without prior notice.
Therefore, the User must always read this Legal Notice every time he/she accesses the Website, as it and the conditions of use set out in this Legal Notice may be subject to change. In any case, the mere fact of using and browsing the Website will always imply acceptance as a User without any type of reservation of each and every one of the present general conditions of access and use.
2. USERS: The access and/or use of PACTVM’s Sites attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned conditions shall apply regardless of the General Terms and Conditions of Business that may be mandatory.
3. USE OF THE SITE: The PACTVM website provides access to a multitude of information, services, tools, programs or data (hereinafter referred to as “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to PACTVM, to which the USER may have access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Site.
This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content. In this registration the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information. As a consequence of this Registration, the USER may be provided with a password for which he/she will be responsible, committing him/herself to making diligent and confidential use of it.

The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (such as chat services, discussion forums or newsgroups) that PACTVM offers through its Site and not to use them for (i) illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, apology of terrorism or an attack on human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of PACTVM, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems on the network that may cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use other users’ e-mail accounts and modify or manipulate their messages.
PACTVM reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, violate youth or childhood, order or public safety or which, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any event, PACTVM shall not be liable for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other tools.

DATA PROTECTION: PACTVM complies with the directives of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and processing of the user’s personal data. For this purpose, together with each form for the collection of personal data, in the services that the USER may request from PACTVM, the USER shall inform the USER of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the processing of his/her data in each case, informing him/her of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the data controller, the possibility of exercising his/her rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the processing and communications of data to third parties, if applicable. PACTVM also informs you that it is in compliance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services and will request your consent to the processing of your e-mail for commercial purposes at any time
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY: PACTVM shall not be liable under any circumstances for any damages of any kind that may be caused, but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent it.
7. MODIFICATIONS: PACTVM reserves the right to make unannounced changes it deems appropriate to its Site, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its Site.
8. USE OF COOKIES: PACTVM may use cookies to personalize and facilitate the USER’S navigation through its Site as much as possible. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous USER and his/her computer and do not provide references that allow the USER’s personal data to be deduced. 13.APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION: The relationship between PACTVM and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish legislation and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
